HISTORICAL FOOTNOTES:
There are three printings of Grim Wit #1, all with 50-cent cover prices. The 1st printing (unknown copies) was printed by Rip Off Press while the 2nd and 3rd printings were printed by Last Gasp. The 1st printing is easily distinguished from the latter two, as it features the name of the publisher "Rip Off Press" inside the letter R of the front cover title. The 2nd and 3rd printings (20,000 copies each) feature the name of the publisher "Last Gasp" inside the letter R of the front cover title. The 2nd and 3rd printings are considered indistinguishable from one another.
