Having seen the error of their ways, Fog City abandons the funny animal theme and changes to science fiction/fantasy for their second issue. Unfortunately, it's hardly any better. Once again, Rand Holmes contributes the best story, "Killer Planet," though it is hardly among his best work. Brent Boates opens the book with a decent tale, "Double Take," which has an amusing surprise ending.
