REVIEW SCORE 9
Dope Comix #4 is the second-to-last issue in a series that should have provided a more balanced view of recreational drugs. While I don't doubt the veracity of stories about burnt-out druggies and bad trips, the overwhelming negativity seems misplaced in what is purportedly a counterculture comic. However, like the second issue, the fourth issue features front cover art (by Rand Holmes) that is unmistakably pro-weed. Thank heavens for Mr. Holmes.
