REVIEW SCORE 9
Four years after completing the first volume of Dan O'Neill's Comics and Stories with Company & Sons, Dan O'Neill comes back for two more issues in the second volume of the title with publisher Comics and Comix. With this new lease on his cartooning life, O'Neill abandons the long-form Odd Bodkins approach in favor of producing a multitude of short stories that reflect his perspective on politics, society and history. For the most part, this works perfectly well and the comic is an entertaining read. Even O'Neill's reputation as a sketchy illustrator is slightly improved with some of his renderings here.
