The standard printing of The Cartoon History of the Universe #4 has a $1.25 cover price. There was no standard 2nd printing of the fourth issue (or any subsequent issue printed by Rip Off Press), but there was still a deluxe edition printed for the fourth issue (not shown) with a $2.50 cover price.

The deluxe editions (which were printed only for issues 1 through 7) are believed to have been printed concurrently with the standard first editions. All deluxe editions of the comic book have a $2.50 cover price. When the standard edition cover price rose to $2.95 with the 8th issue of the series in May, 1991, the deluxe editions were discontinued.
