Snappy Sammy Smoot
The Bijou series really begins to hit its stride with the third issue, which features solid contributions from Skip Williamson ("Snappy Sammy Smoot Gets Assassinated," "Racist Pig Comix") and Roger Brand ("The Adventures of Uncle Tom and Honkie"), plus a slew of hit-and-miss one-pagers. Worthy of its stellar reputation.
There are three printings of this comic book and they all have 50-cent cover prices. The Print Mint printed approximately 10,000 copies for both the 1st and 2nd printing (July, 1970). The two printings are currently considered indistinguishable from each other. The 3rd printing (10,000 copies) was printed by Kitchen Sink and states "First Krupp Printing September 1972, 54321" on the inside front cover._
